What You'll Do
  • Build Meaningful Relationships: Engage members in conversations to understand their financial needs and goals
  • Provide Financial Solutions: Recommend and explain accounts, loans, and other financial products tailored to each member
  • Educate & Empower: Help members make informed decisions that support their financial well-being
  • Deliver Excellent Service: Accurately process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
  • Be a Trusted Resource: Serve as a reliable point of contact for members by offering guidance, support, and proactive solutions
  • Support Member Success: Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and enhance the overall member experience

What You Bring
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (or work release papers)
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English
  • Service-Oriented Mindset: Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to establish trust and create lasting connections
  • Strong Communication Skills: Clearly explain products and services with confidence
  • Empathy & Active Listening: Ask thoughtful questions and provide personalized solutions

Your Schedule: This full-time role offers a set schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM - 6:15 PM, with some Saturdays required from 8:45 AM - 2:15 PM. Enjoy your evenings and Sundays free to recharge!
