Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Cypress, TX | Full-Time

$19-$23 per hour
Cypress, TX | Clinic-Based | Small Team Environment

AtReliant ABA Therapy - Cypress, you'll work in a smaller clinic environment with high access to supervision and a collaborative team culture. This location is perfect for RBTs who value connection, mentorship, and individualized support.

What You'll Do

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting
  • Follow individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
  • Support skill development across communication, behavior, and daily living
  • Collect and enter data using electronic tools
  • Communicate closely with supervisors and teammates
  • Complete documentation accurately and on time

Required Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification
  • High school diploma or GED
  • CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Reliable transportation
