Job description

The primary responsibilities of this role include remotely troubleshooting automation-related field issues to minimize the need for on-site responses by automation technicians. The successful candidate will also be responsible for frequent alarm reductions related to automation equipment and will serve as a key interface between the automation team and operations to ensure open lines of communication and transparency.

  • Perform frequent alarm reductions for alarms related to automation equipment.
  • Serve as an interface between the automation team and operations to ensure open lines of communication and transparency.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot industrial control systems, including TotalFlow, Flowboss, and Allen Bradley controllers and related infrastructure.
  • Utilize knowledge of the Cygnet system to enhance troubleshooting and system performance.
