Job description

General Manager – CycleBar Tigard

CycleBar is seeking a General Manager for our state‑of‑the‑art location in Tigard. Our General Managers are passionate about fitness and delivering a superior experience. They prioritize driving sales and revenue within the studio.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
  • Membership sales and conversion of non‑membership users to membership base.
  • Manage staff schedule, supervise CBX teams, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
  • Drive referral business through ambassadorship and coach, train and educate the CBX team on Hospitality and Sales Conversion tactics.
  • Working with Studio Owner on setting monthly, weekly, and daily targets for meeting goals.
  • Acquisition of new members and retention of existing members, building rapport and lasting relationships.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training sales reps in sales.
  • Ability to manage and drive two revenue streams: memberships and retail.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Affinity for and passion for fitness.
  • Professional, punctual, reliable and neat with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency with computers and Studio software.
