Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting plumbing and related products at the sales counter and over the phone. 
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking, labeling, and cycle counts.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Follow all company procedures for order entry, cash handling, and returns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked counter area
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold our values in all interactions.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in plumbing or plumbing supply industry.
  • Friendly, professional, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Basic computer skills (experience with inventory or POS systems a plus)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.  
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check
