We are looking for a Cycle Counter II to join our team. This position will be based at our Knightdale, NC facility.
As a Cycle Counter II, you will manage inventory by conducting cycle counts and comparing them to inventory logs and documents using SAP. You will also support warehouse operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Shift Hours: 8:30AM- 5:00PM
Hourly Rate: $24.79
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment, including inventory control processes
  • 3+ years of forklift operation experience
  • Experience with SAP system. RF Scanner devices and MS Office applications
  • Ability to occasionally lift parts or sub-assemblies weighing up to 50 lbs and stand and walk throughout the entire shift
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer - sponsored work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • High attention to detail while meeting deadlines
  • Proven history to root cause and analyze problems
  • Document and report finding to upper management

You'll make an impact by:
  • Safely operate stand-up reach trucks, order pickers, and sit-down forklifts in high-traffic and narrow aisle areas
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and collaborate with peers, factory personnel, and auditors to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Plan, organize, and audit parts/locations while analyzing and resolving discrepancies, initiating corrective actions when needed
  • Reconcile inventory records and maintain statistical data, communicating findings
  • Support warehouse operations and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Serve as backup for employees on leave, working independently with minimal supervision
  • Prioritize safety, maintain a positive attitude, and work effectively as part of a team
