Job description

Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, managing compliance, and helping keep cybersecurity and government contract requirements on track?

Qualified Staffing is seeking a GRC Analyst for our client in Macon, GA.

This position will support cybersecurity compliance, risk management, audit readiness, and government contract requirements in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, compliance knowledge, and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM โ€“ 4:30 PM (Fridays as needed)
Payrate: $60K-75K/year
Work Location: On-site, Macon, Georgia
Relocation Assistance: Not available. Applicants should reside within commuting distance or be willing to relocate independently prior to their start date.

Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintain Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs
  • Assist with CMMC and NIST SP 800-171 compliance initiatives
  • Maintain risk registers, compliance tracking tools, SSPs, and POA&Ms
  • Support internal audits, external assessments, and evidence collection
  • Assist with FAR/DFARS compliance and government contract requirements
  • Coordinate remediation activities and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Work closely with IT, HR, Operations, Contracts, and Quality teams
  • Support cybersecurity awareness and compliance training initiatives
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and audit readiness activities
  • Provide secondary support for IT infrastructure and network coordination as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business, Compliance, or related field preferred
  • 3โ€“5+ years of experience in compliance, cybersecurity, risk management, or government contracting
  • Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks, cybersecurity controls, and risk management concepts
  • Experience supporting audits or formal assessments preferred
  • Knowledge of CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, DFARS, or government contracting requirements preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment
