One of our clients in the Life science sector is currently looking for a OT Security Lead

to join the team.


Title: OT Security Lead

Location: Warsaw, Indiana, US (On-site)

Contract Length: Initial 6-month contract

Start Date: ASAP


The Role

Lead OT cybersecurity across production sites, securing high-risk systems through network segmentation and robust cybersecurity controls. Develop and enforce SOPs in GxP environments while ensuring compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and IEC 62443 standards.


Requirements:

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP, or IEC 62443 are highly desirable.

Hands-on experience within pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing environments.

Proven experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity within regulated manufacturing or pharmaceutical/medical device environments.

Strong expertise in industrial control systems (PLC/SCADA), network segmentation, and cybersecurity risk management.

Solid understanding of GxP requirements and compliance with FDA, ISO, and IEC 62443 standards.

Experienced in supporting cybersecurity initiatives during business transformation and high-change environments.

Skilled at balancing cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and operational continuity.

Exposure to Computer System Validation (CSV) and Computer Software Assurance (CSA) methodologies.
