Job description

Sr Cyber Security Engineer /Analyst
Locations: Charlotte, NC & Chandler, AZ (Hybrid), (3 days onsite/2 wfh)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Project Scope: Support the Risk / Governance / Data Loss Prevention initiatives


Day to Day: Need to have experience technically and analytically to support their DLP platform from and engineering perspective. Support the team's audit and risk support. Have Cyber practitioner experience within InfoSec LOB
Must Haves:
GRC / DLP / Audit / Cyber security experience

Skills:
Ideal candidate will have a well-rounded application of cyber security risk management principles DLP operations regulatory requirements GDPR GLBA CCPA etc. security controls framework NIST strong program management skills strong communication skills methodologies and tools and how to operationalize DLP program to enhance cyber defense tools techniques and processes.

Key Job Responsibilities include: 
Lead governance activities and workflows on the newly established DLP Governance Routines inclusive of Issue Management Operational governance Exception management and Policy SME.
Looking for a candidate with strong Cyber risk or Cyber IT Audit knowledge to oversee aggregate and report risks from inputs such as 
Issues bull Policy Violation/Policy Exceptions 
Concerns raised from Stakeholders and 
Operational Exceptions management 
Deep understanding and experience in improving Cybersecurity Risk posture and reduce data loss.

Description: 
In this contingent resource assignment you may: 
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Information Security Analysis. 
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted larger scale or longer-term Information Security Analysis challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. 
Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function policies procedures and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. 
Required Qualifications: 5 years of Information Security Analysis experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience training military experience education.
