Overview

The Human Resources Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that candidates meet the job requirements listed in the job description while identifying and mitigating compliance-related risk that could expose the organization to regulatory penalties, accreditation findings, or patient safety concerns. This role will review all background screens for candidates and background rescreens for current employees and send out pre-adverse action and adverse action letters if applicable. The Human Resources Compliance Analyst works seamlessly with Talent Acquisition, organization leaders, and other HR Departments to ensure a timely and accurate view of pre-employment data. This role has responsibility for auditing internal systems for compliance for all employees and non-employees and communicating non-compliance to leaders. The Human Resources Compliance Analyst is responsible for identifying licensure and eligibility by accessing, analyzing, and reporting data from internal and external systems and advising employees and managers of licensure concerns.. This role reviews new job descriptions before the setup in the HR system to ensure correct coding. Documents using standard work by creating and maintaining job aides, policies, procedures, and training materials. The HR Compliance Analystidentifies opportunities for improvement and creates a recommended plan to create new processes, streamline existing processes, and provide meaningful metrics. This role owns the process for verification of eligibility to work in the United States, maintains the Human Resources Policies in Policy Manager, assists with Regulatory surveys, and provides backup support to other members of HR Compliance team.

If you are selected for this position, you will be asked to supply your immunization records as proof of vaccination. If you and have any concerns about receiving these vaccines, medical and/or religious exemptions can be further discussed with Human Resources.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
    • HR, Business or other related Bachelor's degree and
    • 3-5 years experience
      • Expereince in Human Resources or researching compliance regulations, and policies and / or analyzing compliance-related data experience. or
  • Associate's Degree
    • HR, Business or other related Associate's degree and
      • 5-7 years experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $25.52/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
