Federal Project Manager - Cyber Security - Consulting Project Principal Consultant

Phoenix, AZ.

Job Description

The Federal Project Manager - Cyber Security will be the Lead Program Manager for Federal Program, working on a multi‑billion‑dollar Electronic Health Record Modernization project in cyber security and risk assessments for forward deployed assets and its software in a secure environment at client locations. They will manage connectivity work and cyber projects for our Federal Client, including forward deployed server sets, solution upgrades, configuration changes and future contracted integrations. Provide guidance on cyber security related items to the team actively managing cyber authorizations, following NIST and RMF standards and client policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • The Federal Project Manager - Cyber Security will be responsible for vulnerabilities, patches, maintaining server software security as well as liaison between internal teams to capture required data for authorization packages and client approvals.
  • They will collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams and with client teams through open communication and pursuing and fostering meetings to achieve optimal outcomes and resolutions.
  • The Federal Project Manager, Cyber Security will be responsible for managing and coordinating the overall configuration approach, strategy, and the schedule of work within their product area and team.
  • They are the single point for intake of cyber work from other task orders to coordinate and align resources.
  • They will work closely with the consulting teams, integration teams, client team and our Engineering and Architecture teams, across our global regions to align and deliver the product configuration/cyber deliverables to the client's requirements and scope of work.
  • The Federal Project Manager, Cyber Security will be highly engaged with the client team, intaking escalations, representing the overall Oracle Health cyber team during leadership calls, manages one-off requests from the client team and generating weekly, bi‑weekly, and monthly reports. They will provide and drive cyber strategy and risk analysis to internal team.
  • They will coordinate activities between the client team, consulting, and development teams, and/ or the system authorization team and create a plan of action needed for cyber authorization approvals.
  • This role will lead the client reference and child server cyber project as well as the client cyber vulnerability monitoring and resolution coordination with the consulting, delivery, or development teams.
  • They will work on creating, reviewing, or updating cyber documentation or processes and procedures to manage risk within servers and software.
  • They will present briefings to internal and external leadership and stakeholders regarding solution functionality, analyzing and managing risks, security controls, requirements, contractual items, and vulnerabilities.
Qualifications
  • US Citizen, clearance eligible.
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience; additional years of directly applicable experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum eight years' experience in IT engineering, information system security management, and/or operations in a federal customer cybersecurity environment.
  • Familiarity with Splunk or other SIEMs.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills, including experience writing and delivering status reports, meeting minutes capture, project documentation, presentations, as well as leading meetings, stakeholder discussions, etc.
  • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting technical projects, particularly cybersecurity projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects and/or technically complex projects.
