Forvia Hella is seekingour next great project manager to join our Digital Key / Smart Car Access team. The primary functionof this role is to take ownership of assigned connectivity programs. Thisindividual will be joining a well established team that is heavily involved in nextgeneration connected vehicle initiatives.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of smart vehicle access projects from concept through launch.
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, software development, cybersecurity, product management, quality assurance, and supplier teams.
  • Work with external suppliers and technology partners.
  • Prepare executive-level project reports and status updates.
  • Drive continuous improvement in smart access performance, security, and customer satisfaction.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of project management experience in automotive, connected mobility, IoT, or embedded systems.
  • Experience managing software and hardware integration projects.
  • Knowledge of vehicle electronic architecture and communication protocols.
  • Familiarity with digital key technologies, mobile applications, and connected vehicle ecosystems.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure authentication methods.
