Your role and responsibilities As a Liaison Officer Cyber National Mission Forces - Cyber Planner, you will oversee the organization, administration, and supervision of consulting resources, business operation processes, and technologies required for successful and high-quality consulting engagement service delivery to clients. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that high-quality Cybersecurity Services are consistently delivered to clients, meeting their expectations and customer satisfaction measurements. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Drive Service Performance: Establish programs and policies to maintain consistent service performance, ensuring high-quality Cybersecurity Services are delivered to clients, meeting their expectations and customer satisfaction measurements. • Manage Contract/Account Financials: Oversee contract/account financial performance, driving profitable contract and consulting practice business performance for IBM. • Lead Team Success: Remove obstacles that may hinder the team's ability to deliver services successfully, ensuring effective collaboration and solution delivery. • Evaluate Customer Feedback: Monitor employee and subcontractor work, evaluating customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. • Develop Business Strategies: Develop strategies to drive business performance, combining business and technical service and support functions. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise • Deep Expertise in Consulting Engagement Delivery: Proven experience in overseeing the organization, administration, and supervision of consulting resources, business operation processes, and technologies required for successful and high-quality consulting engagement service delivery to clients. • Experience with Cybersecurity Services Management: Established track record of ensuring high-quality Cybersecurity Services are consistently delivered to clients, meeting their expectations and customer satisfaction measurements. • Contract and Financial Management Expertise: Experience in managing contract/account financial performance, driving profitable contract and consulting practice business performance. • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead teams and remove obstacles that may hinder the team's ability to deliver services successfully, ensuring effective collaboration and solution delivery. • Business Strategy Development: Experience in developing strategies to drive business performance, combining business and technical service and support functions. • Must possess and have the ability to maintain active Top Secret Clearance with SCI access Preferred technical and professional experience • Cybersecurity Services Knowledge: Deep understanding of cybersecurity services, including threat management, incident response, and security consulting. • Contract Negotiation Skills: Experience with contract negotiation, including terms and conditions, pricing, and scope of work. • Financial Management Tools: Familiarity with financial management tools and systems, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
