Job description

MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Cybersecurity Analysts to join our team in Oahu Hawaii and Guam. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Drafts and maintains technical documentation for security assessments and prepares Vulnerability Reports for senior review.
* Develop and monitor security controls for enterprise systems while ensuring adherence to established standard operating procedures.
* Coordinate with technical stakeholders to implement patches and maintain the security posture of organizational assets.
* Drafts RMF documentation and updates security records for aerial, ground, and maritime logistics platforms.
* Prepare computer access requests and assist in the management of Facility Security Programs.
* Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff. NOTE: Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience. Please see below. Minimum Qualifications: Midlevel * Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field and 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
* Ability to draft technical security documentation and follow complex SOPs. Junior Level * Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
* Demonstrated foundational knowledge of network security principles, risk assessment methodologies, and cybersecurity defense-in-depth strategies. Preferred Qualifications: * CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification.
* Familiarity with USPACOM cybersecurity reporting requirements and expeditionary logistics operations. Clearance Required: * Must hold an active Secret Clearance Physical Requirements: * The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
