Who we’re looking for:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Program Manager (PgM) & Incident Response (IR) Lead for a potential opportunity to oversee delivery of enterprise cybersecurity services across Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in federal cybersecurity program management, IR leadership, cross-functional team coordination and development of governance processes that support secure and resilient mission operations. The Cybersecurity PgM & IR Lead role requires strong verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization, from operational staff to senior government leadership, as well as the ability to lead in dynamic, high-visibility environments. This is a unique opportunity to shape the growth, development and culture of an exciting and fast-growing company in the cybersecurity market. Employment for this position is dependent on the successful award of the contract.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Lead overall execution of cybersecurity task area activities across governance, Risk Management Framework (RMF), IR, threat hunting, engineering and training, applying strategic security principles to ensure mission resiliency.
  • Serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders, system owners, Information System Security Managers (ISSMs) and other mission partners.
  • Oversee IR coordination, escalation, reporting and follow-through on corrective actions.
  • Direct cross-functional teams to ensure full alignment with applicable federal and agency cybersecurity requirements.
  • Develop, establish and recommend integrated, cost-effective cybersecurity strategies, operating rhythms, metrics and reporting mechanisms combining operational, administrative, procedural, technical and training measures.
  • Ensure deliverables, work products and program outputs meet quality standards and contract requirements.


What you need to know:


  • Strong experience in federal cybersecurity program leadership and IR management.
  • Familiarity with RMF, continuous monitoring, Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) management and federal security compliance requirements.
  • Ability to lead matrixed teams and coordinate across technical, operational and executive stakeholders.

Must have’s:


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; a postgraduate degree from an accredited university may substitute for 6 years of experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into clear, actionable tasks and processes through critical thinking.
  • Applicants must currently be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance, in compliance with federal contract requirements.
