Job Summary:
Waste Harmonics Keter is a provider of managed waste services, focused on enhancing customer service through data-driven programs. They are seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist to lead their cybersecurity initiatives, strengthen security measures, and protect critical business systems and data. This role involves developing security strategies, managing identity and access initiatives, and collaborating with various teams to ensure a robust security posture.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the execution of Waste Harmonics Keter's cybersecurity roadmap to reduce enterprise cyber risk and strengthen security controls
• Develop and implement security strategies aligned with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives
• Design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access policies
• Strengthen security across enterprise platforms, including NetSuite, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and other cloud applications
• Administer endpoint protection, identity monitoring, vulnerability management, and security monitoring solutions
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve incident response plans, recovery procedures, and security playbooks
• Coordinate security incident investigations and remediation efforts with managed security providers and internal stakeholders
• Conduct tabletop exercises and validate recovery procedures for critical business systems
• Develop and maintain vendor risk management processes, including third-party security assessments and risk classification
• Monitor compliance with cybersecurity frameworks such as CIS Controls, NIST, and organizational security standards
• Partner with Infrastructure, Enterprise Solutions, and business teams to ensure secure system configurations and integrations
• Lead security awareness initiatives, phishing simulations, and employee education programs
• Support secure onboarding, offboarding, and access management processes across the organization
• Develop security documentation, standards, policies, and operational procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve security operations through automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience implementing and managing enterprise cybersecurity programs
• Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), least-privilege principles, and Zero Trust security concepts
• Experience implementing SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity governance across enterprise SaaS platforms
• Experience securing Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), NetSuite, Salesforce, and other cloud-based business applications
• Strong understanding of endpoint security, vulnerability management, and threat monitoring
• Experience developing and executing incident response plans and disaster recovery procedures
• Knowledge of vendor risk management and third-party security assessments
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as CIS Controls, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, or ISO 27001
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize competing risks while maintaining strong attention to detail
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Industry certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Security, SC-300, or equivalent
• Experience coordinating with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) or Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
• Experience with security awareness training platforms and phishing simulation tools
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Intune, or other Microsoft security technologies
• Experience performing security audits, risk assessments, and compliance reporting
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM security within NetSuite and Salesforce environments
