  • The client is seeking an experienced IT and Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead application and identity access control initiatives from kickoff through implementation, delivering secure and governed project outcomes for the organization.
Job Summary
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of small to medium cybersecurity projects, including IAM, access governance, PAM, and application controls initiatives.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies, escalating appropriately to stakeholders and cybersecurity leadership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related activities, interfacing with Business Unit Leaders, Finance, and IT organizations.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, financial performance metrics, and ROI and IRR measures in coordination with Finance.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications, sponsor reporting, and escalation throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Align project deliverables and outputs to intended outcomes with support from the Cybersecurity Leadership Team and Business Change Manager.
  • Monitor overall project progress daily, adhering to program and project governance controls.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of total project management experience, with 3 or more years managing cybersecurity or IAM initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience personally leading at least one IAM, access governance, PAM, application controls, or identity modernization project from kickoff through implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
