Job Summary:
Keylent Inc is a company focused on providing identity services and cyber security solutions. They are seeking a Cyber Security Specialist to support improvements in identity and authentication capabilities in Azure and on-premise environments, while ensuring compliance with security standards.
Responsibilities:
• Supports team efforts to implement ongoing improvements to identity and authentication capabilities and infrastructure configurations in Azure and on-premise.
• Supports business and technology initiatives which require assistance from the identity services team.
• Maintain familiarity with FM Global security standards and ensure that technologies are implemented in support of those standards.
• Communicate any identified gaps to peers and management in a timely manner.
• Performs the day to day operations of identity and directory services technologies in support of enterprise identity, authentication, and authorization services (such as AD, Identity Federation, PKI, MFA). These operational activities include monitoring ticket queues and responding to incident tickets received from the service desk as well as processing change requests.
• Is able to communicate and work as a team both within security infrastructure services and across other groups in support of goals & objectives.
• Maintains clear concise and accurate documentation for processes and configurations. Ensure documentation is kept up to date and in the proper shared, accessible location.

• Authentication Methods (sign-on security, multi-factor authentication (MFA), device sign-on methods, Azure Seamless SSO, ADFS, ADFS Proxy, PHS and PTA).
• Azure Cloud Services with a focus on Identity Services (Azure AD, Conditional Access, RBAC, Policies, SSPM, MFA, KeyVault, Defender for Identity).
• Advanced knowledge designing, supporting, and upgrading Active Directory environments (Authentication, Authorization, Group Policy Objects, LDAP, PKI, DNS, ADFS, MIM/PAM, LAPS, etc.).
• Strong understanding of PKI.
• Knowledge of SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, JSON, SPML, SCIM, XACML integration standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to communicate advanced technical subjects including controls and control effectiveness, infrastructure architectures, and risks, to a non-technical audience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate activities with team members and other stakeholders.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must have a strong work ethic, great time management skills and a positive attitude.
• Must excel in working independently, on a team, or in a leadership role on a team.

• Advanced knowledge of operating systems, application development, directory services, authentication services and standards, and PowerShell automation.

• Advanced understanding of computer vulnerabilities, hacker methodologies and other threats.
• Advanced level of experience working with PowerShell framework/scripting to manage complex Microsoft identity and directory services and to achieve complex automation.
