In the assigned Job Role of Infrastructure Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
  • Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
  • Support technical teams in managing production support operations, focusing on incident resolution, deployment efficiency, and smooth change implementation
  • Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

  • An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
  • Focused governance over project scope and identification of additional project opportunities

Required Skill and Experience
  • Experienced in the role of managing cyber security operations covering multiple cyber tracks/domains.
  • Broad knowledge across multiple domains like Security Operation Centre (SOC), Identity & Access Management (IDAM), Vulnerability Management, Network Security (Firewall/IDS/IPS). End point Detection & Response (EDR), Risk Management, Cloud Security, Data Security, PKI, Zero Trust, SASE etc.
  • Networking knowledge and understanding of routing & switching concepts.
  • Preferrable prior hands‑on experience as SME/consultant in any one of the following security domains – GRC, Network Security, IDAM, SOC
  • Preferrable experience in working with IT service companies / GSI (Global Systems Integrators)
  • Ability to manage teams and guide & mentor technology track leads.
  • Ability to engage with client leaders, understand their requirements, address them in proposals and presenting the proposals.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and influence their decisions.
  • Ability to grasp new solutions, technologies and products offerings and take these to customers as needed.
  • Experience in program & project management. Ability to drive security programs & projects involving multiple functions and stakeholders.
  • The ability to work with a diverse and cross‑functional team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Preferred certifications – CISSP, CISM
Preferred Skill and Experience
  • Experience with IoT/OT device segmentation and policy enforcement.
  • Knowledge of cloud security frameworks and integration with Azure/AWS/GCP.
  • Familiarity with automation tools for SOP fine‑tuning and orchestration.

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
