If you hold a valid Florida DI license and have a strong background in the security industry, we want you on our team. As a Security Training Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, assisting in curriculum development, and providing insightful feedback to participants.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Lead engaging and informative training sessions for unarmed security personnel, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate in the creation, review, and enhancement of training materials and curriculum to address current and emerging industry needs.
  • Provide Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to participants, supporting their development and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Support Training Objectives: Contribute to achieving departmental and organizational training goals by maintaining high instructional standards.

Qualifications:
  • Valid Florida DI License: Must possess a current and valid Florida Class DI (Security Instructor) license.
