The Opportunity:
  • As a CACI Cyber and Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) Instructor/Lab Technician, you will manage daily training operations, training development, and the maintenance of CEMA and Electronic Warfare equipment and networks within the assigned CSU and its subordinate units.
  • You will coordinate closely with the CEMA Instructor/Team Lead to evaluate, refine, and enhance project scope and deliverables, ensuring all training aligns with 1st SFC(A) operational requirements.
  • The role requires delivering instruction in classroom, briefing, and field environments while maintaining technical proficiency in cybersecurity, networking, and EW systems.
  • Additionally, you will support knowledge-management tasks, contribute to CONOPs and AARs, and assist in the improvement of tactical cyberspace and EW training programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver foundational digital skills and Digital Force Protection training through briefings, classrooms, and field environments as part of a teaching team or solo, as needed.
  • Develop, assess, and refine training programs based on current cybersecurity and electromagnetic threat analysis.
  • Support Government efforts in managing and improving 1st SFC(A)'s EW and Tactical Cyberspace training programs.
  • Recommend and coordinate solutions for training and equipment needs, including CEMA Lab support and virtual environments.
  • Support knowledge management efforts, including recordkeeping, CONOPs, AARs, and participation in policy development.
  • Maintain technical proficiency in cybersecurity, networking, open-source research, and penetration testing while holding a Secret clearance.
  • Working knowledge of Electronic Warfare (EW) and tactical Cyberspace equipment/systems (Beast, Beast+, Kraken, Spectrum Guard, etc.).
  • Maintain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Current Secret security clearance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of military/DOD experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Special Operations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience of training and exercise development and delivery.
  • Experience with Cyber and Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA).
  • Experience with Digital Force Protection (DFP) training.
  • Willing to work flexible hours in various garrison and field environments.

Desired:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree from accredited college or university.
  • Demonstrated familiarization with the Army Training Management Program and large-scale, enterprise-wide training programs.
  • Experience integrating information, analysis, technology, and interagency collaboration, lessons learned, and best practices for training support to enable effective and efficient dissemination of threat training.
  • Demonstrated operational or institutional training domain experience and integration across Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership & Education, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF).

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$55,400 - $116,400
