Summary
Mission Technologies' Warfare Systems Team provides full-spectrum cyber, EW and space capabilities that address today's rapidly changing, multi-domain global security threats, and anticipate emerging threats.
Our cyber professionals are on the cutting edge of cyberspace operations, delivering cyberspace options and effects for our nation in an ever-changing threat environment. Our experts provide a full range of expertise and capabilities across the spectrum of cyberspace operations. The Warfare Systems Team is currently seeking an Administrative Specialist in support of an exciting new effort supporting one of our clients that is responsible for unifying the direction of cyberspace operations, strengthening DoD cyberspace capabilities, and integrating and bolstering DoD's cyber expertise.
This contract supports ongoing operations within a combatant command. During periods of conflict, crisis, or other significant operational shifts, mission requirements may change rapidly. Additionally, when staffing adjustments occur, work schedules may need to be modified to maintain essential coverage. Accordingly, work shifts may be adjusted based on customer requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 0 years experience.

Candidates Must be a US Citizen, due to the sensitivity of the work
Must posses an active TS/SCI/Polygraph for consideration
Preferred Requirements
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in office administration to include:
  • Providing end-user support and performs general administrative duties with minimal guidance.
  • Assisting with maintaining knowledge management files and websites for the organization.
  • Experience maintaining logs, records, and files.
  • Maintaining calendars and schedules
  • Assisting with coordinating, planning, and organizing meeting events, and supports planning and execution of technical exchanges, conferences, and synchronization sessions, obtaining space and necessary materials and equipment.
  • Reviewing, developing, and managing of office administrative operating procedures.
  • Preparing and/or distribution of read-ahead materials and briefings.
  • Tracking task items and tasks.
  • Providing budgetary, billing, and financial management of front office expenses incurred to support the organization (e.g., office supplies). #LI-SG1
