Job description

Company Description
Envero is a small business providing innovative software engineering capabilities to the Intelligence Community (IC). Envero has three pillars of expertise in big data analytics, data visualization, and computer network and information operations.
We have provided direct mission support in government spaces, working with customers to turn problems into successes and needs into new capabilities. Turning the massive influx of raw intelligence into actionable data is at the core of our big data analytics and data visualization expertise. Using distributed computing technologies and machine learning algorithms we can deliver streaming solutions to facilitate near real-time analysis of large datasets.
Our design philosophy is to eliminate barriers between the analysts and the information they need to do their jobs and contribute to their missions. Rapid prototypes and designs based on analyst workflows allow us to design interfaces that increase user access to relevant data.
Envero has provided tactical and strategic development, analytic, and operational support to our nation's premier IC members and red teams of Fortune 500 companies. We help clients create new capabilities and elevate their cyber tradecraft.
Job Description
THE TEAM...
Do you want to be at the forefront of offensive cybersecurity? Our Cyber Capabilities Team creates tools that allow our clients unrestricted movement and access throughout the cybersecurity environment. We work together to solve problems that won't have answers on StackOverflow and write software that won't have a GitHub repo for reference.
THE POSITION...
  • Develop software to aid computer network exploitation
  • Analyze infrastructure for vulnerabilities in software, configuration, and hardware
  • Research, test, and implement new offensive cyber techniques
  • Plan for the software's deployment and use, writing documentation so its users can install, operate, and remove the application from any systems where it is deployed
  • Evaluate and report on the operational readiness and effectiveness of your software

Qualifications
YOU...
  • Have experience developing and debugging native software preferably in C or C++
  • Are experienced with one or more scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Powershell
  • Have experience with Windows or Linux system internals and subsystems
  • Are comfortable with cryptographic principles and algorithms
  • Can design and implement all aspects of client/server software from the ground up

PREFERRED...
  • Have amateur or professional experience developing cyber capabilities, competing in Capture the Flag (CTF) events, performing penetration tests, or writing hacks for video games
  • Are comfortable with occasional x86/x64/ARM reverse engineering
  • Have experience performing vulnerability analysis
  • DoD IAT level II certification (CCNA Security, Security+, GICSP, GSCE, SSCP)

QUALIFICATIONS...
For all levels, five years of relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. All positions require US citizenship.
  • All levels experience considered
  • Minimum of BS in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related
  • Active Security Clearance Required
