What You'll Do
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Solutions Architect to join our team. Our engineers are the foundation of success for our customers and our business. The Cybersecurity Solutions Architect is part of an exceptional team of Engineers and Architects that partner with and work as trusted advisors for our customers. This role provides both pre- and post-sales consultation, design, and implementation support and oversight.
Our Cybersecurity Solution Architects have diverse backgrounds and typically include a combination of experience in: Engineering, technical aptitude across several technologies, and are skilled at developing a broad and deep understanding of our customer's requirements. This position will mentor other engineers and assist with creating bill of materials, statements of work, and technical proposal components. This role performs the following responsibilities:
  • Clearly communicates technical information to customers including technical and non-technical staff
  • Works with Solutions Architects to create and evaluate system designs
  • Collaborates with customers on solution designs and deployments
  • Maintains Expert Level Certifications in their technical areas of focus
  • Engages and assists Solutions Engineers with key strategic accounts
  • Provides both the pre-sales designs and mentor post-sales implementations with engineering peers
  • Develops deployment standards for CompuNet's diverse Customer base and verticals. Ensures deployment standards and best practices are reflected in Statements of Work (SOW). Engages with other Senior Solutions Engineers, as well as local Solutions Architects, to improve and maintain deployment standards within CompuNet
  • Assists Engineering Directors and Managers in identifying professional services opportunities and with recruiting and hiring efforts
  • Pairs with Engineering Directors and Managers to review project scopes for validation
  • Assists with bill of materials, statements of work, technical proposal components
  • Other duties as assigned
