The Regional IS Delivery Director of BAS is responsible for planning, procurement strategy, construction oversight, system activation, and operational turnover of building automation and controls systems.
They lead a regional team that ensures the BAS infrastructure can meet and support all required project outcomes, including client expectations, technical requirements, operational stability, resilience, regulatory compliance, and financial obligations.

The position provides leadership across project teams, architects, engineers, controls contractors, mechanical contractors, commissioning agents, and facility operations teams, ensuring that building automation systems are designed for performance, maintainability, cybersecurity, and long-term operational value.


โ€ข Procurement and Vendor Management: Responsibilities include developing procurement strategies for BAS platforms, controls, and smart building technologies, establishing preferred vendor partnerships, and overseeing regional contracting to support large-scale procurements.
โ€ข Leadership and Collaboration: The position requires leading a regional team of BAS experts, fostering internal technical capabilities, and collaborating with executive leadership across IS Delivery, facilities, sustainability, IT, and cybersecurity to ensure operational performance and system reliability.

โ€ข Support the project team by developing BAS procurement, contracting, and execution plans for IS Delivery portfolios.

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications

โ€ข 5+ years of experience in leadership roles overseeing large programs or multi-site infrastructure initiatives
โ€ข Experience with complex facilities such as: Hospitals, Research laboratories, pharmaceutical facilities, Mission-critical environments, Large commercial buildings
โ€ข Experience managing BAS through the full project lifecycle.
