Job description


This is an entry-level IT support role working part-time - approximately 16 hours per week.
Reliable hardware and seamless software are at the heart of every day-to-day IHG experience. To keep everything running smoothly, we're looking for a proactive and passionate IT Coordinator (Specialist) to ensure our computers are properly installed, operating efficiently, and protected from cyber threats.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for computer hardware support, ensuring systems are properly installed, maintained, and operating efficiently.
  • Stay up to date with all approved systems and technologies, including LAN and POS systems.
  • Monitor and document hardware and software performance, maintain technical documentation, and prepare system reports.
  • Administer user IDs, passwords, and access permissions.
  • Help safeguard our IT infrastructure against cybersecurity threats.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or vocational certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of related experience in computer setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

  • Knowledge of PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
