Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team. As the Cybersecurity Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying any vulnerabilities in our networks and preventing unauthorized access to our data. The ideal candidate is honest, reliable, and has a proven track record in computer security.
Responsibilities 
  • Audit and assess security risks and IT policies
  • Create company-wide best practices for IT security policies
  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise cybersecurity operations, including threat monitoring, incident response, and risk analysis.
  • Create data recovery plans
  • Maintain information security policy and procedure documentation
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with data protection technologies such as data loss prevention (DLP), insider risk management tools, and data security posture management for AI (DSPM for AI).
  • Install and configure security software
  • Document any security breaches and report on damage caused
  • 3+ years of experience reviewing and triaging data related security alerts, analyzing access and movement of sensitive information, documenting findings, and escalating incidents according to established procedures.
  • Review and stay up-to-date on privacy and security laws and regulations
  • 3+ years of collaborating with technical and nontechnical teams to resolve security issues and supporting
  • Educate colleagues on information security management
Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred 
  • Previous experience as a Cybersecurity Analyst, Computer Security Specialist, or similar role is preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of C++ and PHP languages are preferred
  • Knowledge of risk management methodologies and security frameworks
  • Familiarity with intrusion detection/prevention systems
  • Familiarity with public key infrastructure (PKI) and cryptographic protocols (e.g. SSL/ TLS)
