Job description

Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Cybersecurity Business Analyst – IAM/PAM position for our client.

Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 9 months

Duties:

  • Support CyberArk PAM discovery, expansion, and implementation planning.
  • Conduct privileged account discovery, onboarding assessments, process mapping, and requirements analysis.
  • Lead IAM/PAM workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process documentation.
  • Assess PSM readiness and develop implementation roadmaps and SoW documentation.
  • Analyze data and coordinate with Security, Infrastructure, DBA, SOC, and Audit teams.

Skills:

  • IAM, PAM, Cybersecurity, CyberArk
  • Business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, workshops, documentation
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • ITIL, Lean, or process engineering preferred
  • Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, SSO, SAML, OAuth preferred
  • Scripting and identity provisioning/migration preferred

Experience:

  • 5–8 years of Business Analyst experience in IAM, PAM, cybersecurity, or related areas.
  • Experience with CyberArk/PAM, consulting engagements, process analysis, and implementation planning preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
