Description

* Own planning and delivery of cybersecurity initiatives, managing scope, priorities, timelines, risks, and stakeholder alignment.

* Define and maintain a risk based cybersecurity roadmap, translating assessment results into prioritized, executable work items.

* Lead cybersecurity assessments as required, and develop roadmap decisions, investment planning, and risk acceptance.

* Drive cross functional execution of roadmap initiatives, coordinating engineering, security, business, and external partners.

* Track progress, dependencies, and risks, providing clear executive level status, trade off, and decision support.

* Oversee lifecycle management and quality of cybersecurity services, ensuring alignment with customer and business objectives.

* Support and grow into ownership of new cybersecurity service development, from concept through launch and operational handoff.

* Act as the primary interface for customers and senior stakeholders communicating priorities, risks, and outcomes in business terms.

* Grow cybersecurity services and team capabilities, with a potential transition into a supervisory management role.

Requirements

* Strong organizational, and strategic planning skills, with a proven ability to manage customer expectation and influence executive stakeholders.

* Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, operational support, compliance/audit frameworks, and continuous improvement methods (e.g., PDCA, RCA).

* Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical and risk topics clearly through presentations, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

* Hands on background in system implementation and technical management.

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field; advanced degree preferred.

* CISSP, CISM, or equivalent cybersecurity certification required, with an expectation to grow into leading the launch and delivery of cybersecurity services.
