What you will do
As a Senior Consultant within the Cybersecurity Strategy & Governance team, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:Â
- Conduct cyber maturity assessments and cyber risk assessments using a variety of methodologies and frameworks Â
- Develop and evaluate cybersecurity strategies, governance frameworks, and target operating modelsÂ
- Draft and support the implementation of cybersecurity roadmapsÂ
- Analyze cybersecurity costs to identify optimization opportunitiesÂ
- Assess the organizational capabilities of cybersecurity teamsÂ
- Establish cybersecurity control frameworks and perform control testing to assess design, implementation, and operating effectivenessÂ
- Write cybersecurity policies, standards, and guidelines tailored to organizational requirementsÂ
- Develop cybersecurity metrics and benchmarking toolsÂ
- Design strategic cybersecurity dashboards to support executive decision-makingÂ
- Deliver advisory services to address business and IT risksÂ
- Report on cybersecurity risks for a diverse range of audiencesÂ
- Support clients with cyber training and awareness initiativesÂ
- Develop, facilitate, and participate in cybersecurity tabletop exercisesÂ
- Create and deliver presentations to communicate findings and recommendationsÂ
- Contribute to business development efforts, including RFP responses and proposal supportÂ
- Develop and deliver cyber resilience plans and related materials to reduce operational impacts.Â
What you bring to the role
- 3–5 years of experience working on cybersecurity projects or activitiesÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent technical training (preferred)Â
- MBA or master’s degree (an asset)Â
- Made real progress in or achieved CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIA, or other relevant designations and technical IT skills as part of a continuous professional development programÂ
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 27002, ISO 27005, ISO 19011, and NISTÂ
- Experience in consulting or across various industry sectors (an asset)Â
- Strong understanding of industry sectors and business environments (an asset)Â

The expected base salary range for this position is $73,500 to $122,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications.
