Title Senior Program Manager NORAD NC3 Location Colorado Springs, Colorado Description Position: Senior Program Manager Location: Colorado Springs, CO Schedule: Monday-Friday (supporting 24/7 operational environment as required) Clearance: Active TS/SCI required Customer: NORAD / USNORTHCOM (N&NC) - Cyberspace Operations Directorate (J6) Role Overview The Senior Program Manager will provide leadership and oversight in support of NORAD and USNORTHCOM (N&NC) Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) and Cyberspace Operations Directorate (J6) missions. This role oversees advisory and assistance services focused on cyber operations, strategic planning, real-time situational awareness, and operational coordination across federal, state, and local partners. The position supports research, analysis, risk mitigation planning, and capability development to improve survivability, reduce vulnerability, and strengthen cyber and C4 operations across NORAD and USNORTHCOM mission areas.
