Job Overview

Amentum is hiring a highly qualified N3 Cyber Operations Analyst for Cyber Squadron One located in Wahiawa, HI. The candidate will support U.S. Fleet Cyber Command Pacific (FCC PAC), Joint Force Headquarters – Cyber (JFHQ‑C) (Navy) Forward (FWD), and JFHQ‑C (Navy) FWD in Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) planning to meet mission objectives, including execution of deliberate and dynamic mission requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in‑depth analysis of cyber threat intelligence, including emerging malware, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.
  • Collect, evaluate, and fuse intelligence from OSINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, and TECHINT sources, identifying correlations and patterns to enhance situational awareness and predictive analysis.
  • Assess potential impact of cyber threats on network infrastructure and operations.
  • Collaborate with cyber defense teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies and countermeasures.
  • Provide intelligence support during cyber incident response, including analysis of indicators of compromise (IOCs), attribution of cyber attacks, and identification of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
  • Prepare and deliver clear intelligence products—reports, briefings, and presentations—for senior leadership, operational stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Foster collaboration and information sharing with internal and external stakeholders, including other intelligence agencies, law enforcement, industry partners, and allied nations.
  • Stay abreast of emerging cyber threats, technologies, and methodologies through continuous research and professional development.
  • Contribute to the development of new analytical techniques, tools, and processes to improve intelligence analysis and cyber defense capabilities.
  • Conduct target system analysis to support entities of interest for offensive cyberspace operations.
  • Execute collection management, drawing subordinate unit intelligence requirements and overseeing progress to resolve intelligence gaps.
  • Develop targets through advanced target development to achieve vetted and validated COCOM‑level targets for mission package execution.
  • Maintain mission‑profile intelligence documentation to support execution of offensive cyberspace operations.
  • Conduct mission analysis and support intelligence preparation of the battlespace for operational planning.
  • This position may require up to 10% travel.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in cyber security, information systems, information technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • An active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is required; U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a Top‑Secret clearance.
  • At least 10 years of military and/or government professional experience supporting a cyber or cryptologic mission, including experience as a military service member, federal government employee, or contractor supporting U.S. Cyber Command, subordinate entities, or the NSA.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in cyber security, information systems, information technology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in technical writing and editing, as well as cyber incident management.
  • Experience in the U.S. Indo‑Pacific theater of operations supporting offensive or defensive cyber operations.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $155,000 – $165,000 per year.
