Job description

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Cyber Network Operator to join our team in a hands-on technical role that directly supports operational readiness and capability development.
In this position, you will play a key role in managing and deploying advanced network technologies, training mission partners, and building the infrastructure needed for high-impact operational success. Responsibilities:
• Manage and install network technologies such as routers, switches, database servers and related technologies to rehearse operational activity.
• Train colleagues and mission partners on operational methodology, tool development, equipment functionality, and technical/operational deconfliction.
• Obtain operational infrastructure for use as intermediate operational launch platforms.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline (i.e., Computer Science, Computer Engineering), with a minimum of 15+ years' experience in a relevant technical field to the position.
• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance, with polygraph.
• Understanding Mobile technologies and implementations.
• Ability to evaluate and articulate technical risk.
• Understanding of computer networking architecture.
• Understanding the basic internet functionality, ISPs and network traffic.
• Possess system administration level knowledge of operating systems (i.e., Window, Unix, Linux, Mac OS, Mobile OS's etc.).
• Ability to convey technical and non-technical information in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to apply analytical thinking to decision-making and problem solving.
• Understanding of fundamental technical network analysis
Desired Requirements:
• Certifications: OSCP, OSWE, GXPN, GPEN, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with commonly used large-scale service components (webservers, databases, load balancers, caching servers, storage cluster, etc.).
• General understanding of the overall function and mission context of the Sponsor's organization.
