Cyber Practice Account Manager
Patriot Growth Insurance Services | Media, PA | Hybrid | Full-Time

Join Patriot's Cyber Practice and play a pivotal role in helping broker partners navigate one of the fastest-evolving areas of commercial insurance. As an Account Manager, you'll support the placement and servicing of cyber insurance programs while providing expert guidance, responsive service, and coverage solutions that help clients manage emerging risks.
This role partners closely with internal broker teams, carriers, underwriters, and account support professionals to manage both new and renewal business. You'll contribute to business growth by ensuring efficient placement processes, maintaining strong carrier relationships, and delivering exceptional service throughout the policy lifecycle.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Manage new and renewal cyber insurance submissions from initial review through market placement, helping broker partners secure competitive and effective coverage solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted resource to internal brokers by providing guidance on cyber insurance products, market conditions, and coverage considerations.
  • Prepare accurate client proposals, coverage comparisons, and placement documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable surplus lines and state regulations.
  • Utilize the Patriot Digital Trading Marketplace and other agency systems to efficiently market, quote, and place cyber business.
  • Coordinate with carriers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders to resolve service issues, secure quotations, and deliver timely policy placements.
  • Review policies, endorsements, audits, and billing activity to ensure accuracy and maintain account integrity.
  • Support the development of junior team members by delegating work, reviewing deliverables, and providing coaching and guidance.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by participating in client and carrier meetings and helping strengthen key professional relationships.

What You BringDay One:
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Three to five or more years of commercial insurance experience.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages, policy structures, and underwriting processes.
  • Experience managing client accounts, submissions, renewals, and policy servicing activities.
  • Proficiency with agency management systems such as AMS360, Applied EPIC, or similar platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
Valuable Additions:
  • Experience in cyber liability, professional liability, E&O, technology, or other specialty lines.
  • Experience working within a wholesale brokerage, intermediary, or specialty insurance environment.
  • Knowledge of surplus lines requirements and multi-state compliance considerations.
  • Experience utilizing digital trading or marketplace placement platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Previous experience mentoring, training, or reviewing the work of junior team members.
  • Established carrier and underwriting relationships within specialty insurance markets.
