Job description

PWS Title: Senior Subject Matter Expert Cyber Network Operations (C4I)

Location: Fort Bragg, NC

Clearance Type: Top Secret

Responsibilities:

  • Support SGM and Deputy C4I as Cyber SME, providing technical writing, development, and integration support for Cyber requirements, testing, programming, manpower, and execution.
  • Manage cyber-related projects, evaluate commercial technologies, and attend technical reviews/demos for prototype assessment.
  • Support development of acquisition strategies and requirements documentation (ICDs, CDDs, SPECAT, BOIPs, Test Plans, project folders).

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+ years in cyber operations, network operations, or technical exploitation, including 3–5+ years supporting DoD or SOF cyber programs.
  • Demonstrated experience with cyber capability development, integration, or operational support.
  • Strong communication, organizational, creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills; expert user of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • TOP SECRET clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating cyber capabilities into C4I architectures and operational plans.
  • Background in offensive/defensive cyber operations or cyber threat emulation.
