ACTIVSTARS is seeking an enthusiastic Cheer Coach who is excited to work with young athletes and bring their cheer experience back into action.

Ideal Candidate:
- Has previous cheerleading and/or coaching experience
- Enjoys working with children ages 4�15
- Is positive, energetic, and can serve as a strong role model
- Is at least 18 years old
- Has reliable transportation
Position Details:
- Part-time, one consistent evening per week (for example: every Tuesday evening)
- Coach three age groups (teams) in cheer basics, cheer dance, and pom routines
- Participate in three to four paid weekend events per semester (dates provided in advance)
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing lesson plans and running weekly practices
- Teaching skills safely and effectively
- Choreographing routines and performance cheers
- Introducing basic stunting fundamentals
- Managing attendance and simple records
