Job description

The MetroHealth System and Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking one full time clinical faculty (clinician/clinical educator or clinical researcher) at an Assistant/Associate Professor Level for a position in the Division of Rheumatology. We are seeking dynamic individuals BC/BE in Rheumatology for an expanding academic division and/or an externally funded physician scientist. Candidates for Assistant Professor should be BC/BE in Rheumatology and interested in participating in the academic and teaching programs within the division.

This position will entail research time, in addition to clinical. Candidates for Associate Professor should have a national reputation for their clinical, teaching and/or research excellence. Our division is a growing academic program at a Case Western Reserve University affiliate and as such is a CWRU Clinical Science and Translational Award site. Responsibilities for the position include clinical work and teaching (fellows, residents, and medical students) as well as participation in the researching and quality improvement programs within the division and institution.
