The Quality Specialist plays an integral role in ensuring that an organization's products or services meet the highest standards of quality. - Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed.
- Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
- Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.
- Make recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in creating training materials and operating manuals.
- Provide expertise in all aspects of QA: calibration, incoming materials, document control, QC.

- Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist, or similar role.
