Job Description
Title: Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Catheterization Lab
Schedule: 4 x 10-hour day shifts per week
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Cath Lab
- ACLS Certification
- BLS Certification
- ARRT (R) or CCI (RCIS) Certification
- Clinical skills in:
- Diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization (left/right heart cath, PCI/stent, PTCA)
- Cardiac implant/closure device procedures
- IABP placement/removal
- Dysrhythmia recognition/interpretation and management
- Scrub and circulator roles; sterile technique and equipment setup
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Manage patient preparations and assist during various cardiac procedures.
- Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
Compliance / Notes:
- Valid allied license required at the time of submission.
- Availability for weekend, overnight, and holiday call is required.
