CVS Store Associates are frontline employees who assist customers in CVS Pharmacy retail locations. Their duties typically include greeting customers, stocking shelves, operating cash registers, maintaining store cleanliness, and answering questions about products or store policies. Store Associates play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience by providing friendly and efficient service. They may also help process returns, restock inventory, and support other team members as needed.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a CVS Store Associate, and why are they important?

To thrive as a CVS Store Associate, you need strong customer service skills, basic math abilities, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
