Job description

As our Facilities Technician, you will play a key role in delivering highquality and safe construction projects by supporting fastpaced, detailfocused field operations. In this role, you will demonstrate strong craftsmanship, adaptability, and effective coordination with project teams across a wide range of specialized commercial construction, maintenance, renovation/repair and light expansion projects. 
 
You will perform a variety of carpentry and building tasks including light framing, installation of interior and exterior finishes, selective demolition, door and hardware installation, and general facility improvements. You will also help ensure that all work aligns with project plans, schedule, and quality standards while maintaining a clean, hazardfree job site. 
 
Experienced technicians may take on more complex scopes, interact directly with clients, provide fielddriven solutions to the budget and scope of work, and support continuous improvement in project execution.
 
Successful technicians in this role are committed to safety, craftsmanship, teamwork, customer service, and delivering excellent results in a dynamic construction environment.
