Job description

Your Role

The Sr. Analyst, Retail Marketing is deeply analytical and will partner across our retail team to drive smarter, more effective marketing at Target, Walmart, CVS, and beyond. They will support strategic thinking across retail marketing, driving and owning digital retail performance, shopper marketing program results, consumer insights, and other strategic marketing initiatives to evaluate what is driving real results and growth for the business. This candidate will also act as the connective tissue between retail marketing and other teams across the organization to ensure that our initiatives are executed at the highest caliber.

We are looking for someone who is data-obsessed, with a strong project management instinct and a genuine interest in marketing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and is energized by having dynamic weeks with a wide variety of projects. They will be expected to manage insight-driven analysis, juggle multiple moving pieces at once and collaborate with other teams effectively and creatively.

This role reports to the Head of Retail Marketing. This is a high-impact role for someone who's energized by the idea of sharpening O Positiv's marketing efforts at retail.

Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Support new marketing campaign ideation, strategy, development, and execution for retail 
  • Analyze existing marketing campaigns efficacy and performance, across paid media performance on retail.com, shopper marketing initiatives, and in-store displays  
  • Translate retail marketing results into clear, actionable, digestible takeaways, and identify trends and opportunities for optimization and growth
  • Collaborate with third-party partners (e.g., Numerator, paid media agencies) to help answer strategic questions on performance, buyer behavior, and category trends
  • Quarterback retail creative work end to end, acting as the liaison between the Retail team and Creative team and keeping cross-functional projects organized, on track, and impactful 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience:
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 2-4 years of experience
    • Background in consulting, analytics or paid media 
    • Advanced Excel skills required
    • Proven project management experience, ideally managing creative or cross-functional workstreams
    • Experience with or interest in retail/shopper marketing or e-commerce is a plus
  • Interpersonal:
    • Extremely detail-oriented, with a natural instinct to dig into the "why" behind the numbers
    • Strong project manager: organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders at once
    • Genuine interest in marketing and brand-building 
    • Confident communicator who can translate complex analysis into simple, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences
    • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and excited to grow within a fast-scaling consumer brand

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Hours and Compensation

The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $90,000 - $110,000 annually. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
