Job description

Company Information

Curinos empowers financial institutions to put customers at the center of every decision. Our AI-first platform transforms proprietary data, advanced analytics and deep financial services expertise into timely recommendations - delivered right where teams work. The result: confident decisions, stronger customer relationships, and lasting, profitable growth.

Curinos operates under a hybrid modality and has office locations in New York, Chicago, Boston, Toronto, and London. This role is open to remote candidates based in the United States and able to travel for meetings as needed.

The Opportunity

Curinos is standing up a new Client Value Management model to ensure clients realize measurable, executive-recognized value that drives predictable renewals. The Pooled Content Team Manager will lead the specialist team behind that model — the group responsible for turning data, product inputs, advisory perspectives, and client context into sharp, client-specific content that supports CVM-led Executive Business Reviews, renewal readiness, save plans, and enterprise value conversations.

This is a high-impact, builder role for someone who can create operating structure in ambiguity, raise the standard for client-ready storytelling, and help Curinos scale enterprise-level value narratives without overloading CVMs or advisory teams. The underlying CVM model depends on translating product impact into executive-level narratives and coordinating across Client Management, Client Success, Technical Success, Product, Advisory, and Commercial teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the content execution engine behind CVM

  • Manage the pooled team that buildsclient-specific, bespoke narrative content and custom analysissupporting CVM-led EBRs, renewal conversations, and value realization reviews
  • Ensure the team can pull together cross-product inputs, data cuts, benchmarking, advisory perspectives, and product-level value signals into cohesive executive-ready materials
  • Build a repeatable content production model that supports scale while preserving the quality and customizationrequiredforCurinos’ most complex client relationships

Partner closely with CVMs to deliver compelling value narratives

  • Translate client value strategies, renewal risks, and executive priorities into clear content requirements, targeted analyses, and client-ready deliverables that strengthen the client value narrative
  • Support client value identification at critical moments by owning detailed analysis, synthesis, and presentation development, enabling CVMs to focus on client strategy, executive engagement, and renewal outcomes

Create discipline around intake, prioritization, and quality

  • Establish a clear intake process for EBRs, save-plan support, renewal-readiness materials, and high-priority bespoke content requests
  • Prioritize work based on client segment, renewal risk, executive visibility, commercial impact, and available capacity.
  • Set quality standards for client-facing storytelling: sharp storyline, clear business implications, evidence-backed analysis, and executive-ready presentation.
  • Distinguish work that truly requires bespoke analysis from work that should be standardized, automated, shifted to CS/TS, or handled through repeatable templates

Build the team, operating model, and delivery rhythm

  • Lead a small, high-impact pooled team, including capacity planning, prioritization, coaching, and performance management
  • Establish the operating model and calendar for renewal, Executive Business Review (EBR>, and save-plans

Raise the bar for enterprise storytelling

  • Help convert cross-functional inputs into compelling, evidence-based stories that explain why the client should renew, expand, or deepen engagement withCurinos
  • Partner with CVMs, CS, Advisory, Product, and GMs to ensure content reflects the client’s business context, value delivered, risks, and next-best opportunities
  • Build reusable artifacts, templates, and examples of “what good looks like” so the team improves cycle time and quality over time
  • Support the broader CVM ambition of translating user-level product value into executive-level business outcomes

What We Are Looking For

  • A strong people leader who can manage a small, high-output team producing executive-ready client materials under pressure
  • Exceptional synthesis skills — able to turn raw inputs, ambiguous asks, data, and stakeholder feedback into a clear client narrative
  • Strong analytical judgment — knows when a request requires bespoke analysis versus when it should be standardized, automated, or routed elsewhere
  • High-quality executive communication skills, especially in PowerPoint, business writing, and structured storyline development
  • Comfortoperatingin ambiguity, building process from scratch, and improving quality without slowing the business down
  • Strong cross-functional instincts; able to work across CVM, CM, CS, TS, Advisory, Product, and Commercial without relying on hierarchy
  • Financial services, analytics, SaaS, consulting, customer success, professional services, or enterprise client strategy experience preferred
