Job description

Position: RN CVICU
Location:Sanford, FL
Shift/Schedule: Days (7a-7p) orNights (7p-7a) | Full-Time | Rotating Weekends
What You'll Do:
We are seeking a dynamic CVICU RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care for patients that need close monitoring and frequent assessments. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.
Qualifications Required:
  • 1+ years of RECENT ICU RN experience in acute care Required
  • Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
  • Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree, BSN is preferred
  • NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of start
  • American Heart Association ACLS Provider issued card required within 6 months of employment start date
  • PALS Pediatric Adv Life Support, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Pay Rate: Min $33.77/hr. to Max $49.06/hr. (Must have 17+ years of experience for Max)
  • Shift Diffs: $4.50/hr. Nights; $1.50/hr. Weekends
  • Sign On: Days $5,000; Nights $7,500
  • Relocation: Available case by case
