Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator for a 2nd shift manufacturing position. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating production machinery such as converting machines, die-cut machines, rotary machines, or similar industrial equipment.

This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to set up, operate, monitor, and make basic adjustments to machinery to maintain quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate manufacturing and converting equipment
  • Operate machinery such as converting, die-cut, rotary, or similar production machines
  • Load materials and prepare equipment for production runs
  • Monitor machine operation to ensure proper performance and product quality
  • Make basic machine adjustments as needed during production
  • Follow work orders, production specifications, and operating instructions
  • Inspect finished products for defects, measurements, and overall quality
  • Identify and report equipment or production issues
  • Complete required production documentation accurately
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area
  • Meet daily production and quality expectations
  • Follow established manufacturing procedures and safety requirements

Requirements

  • Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment required
  • Experience with converting machines, die-cut machines, rotary machines, or similar equipment strongly preferred
