Senior International Trade Compliance Specialist

As a Senior International Trade Compliance Specialist, you'll tackle regulatory hurdles, find tariff savings and bring Uline's high quality products to international destinations.

Position Responsibilities
  • Review product descriptions and technical data to identify import and export classification in accordance with government standards.
  • Create and administer internal audit processes for accurate classifications and import entries.
  • Respond to inquiries from customs brokers, government agencies, internal and external customers and vendors for international shipments.
  • Research and create processes related to regulatory issues, licenses and government agency requirements.
  • Manage trade compliance programs, including follow up, process improvements, internal communication, team training and audit readiness.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of compliance experience.
  • Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) or Certified Classification Specialist (CCLS) a plus.
  • Previous legal analyst experience a plus.
  • Bilingual preferred.
