Job description

Bilingual Customer Service Representative

And, right now, we're looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to start a GEICO Local Office career in Sugar Land, TX. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will take ownership for each customer interaction while educating and counseling policyholders on making the right decisions.

  • Become a trained insurance professional and help customers service their insurance policies through exciting life events
  • Ensure customers have the right level of coverage while identifying and resolving customer conflicts
  • Cross sell products to existing clients.
  • Interact with all GEICO products offered and externally engage with policyholders, Department of Motor Vehicles, Registry of Motor Vehicles, banks, dealerships and other insurance companies
