Customer Service Rep
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to perform high levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude. Interact daily with customers, service technicians, managers, and vendors, providing exceptional customer services. Printing, copying, scanning, processing mail, inbound and outbound packages, hospitality, cleaning and replenishing kitchens, and proving catering service.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain highest levels of customer service while demonstrating friendly and positive attitude.
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication.
  • Prioritize work tasks based on processing schedules and client expectations, ensuring timely completion.
  • Perform verification tasks as required, checking for accuracy and identifying errors.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory organize and put away as necessary.
  • Ensure printers are in working order and restock them with paper.
  • Key Ops/Resolve paper jams
  • Perform printing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Assemble binders and other materials
  • Run Pitney Bowes postage equipment
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and demonstrate high levels of safety awareness.
  • Show your ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Perform an acceptable volume of work in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Operate peripheral equipment as needed.
  • Notify supervisors of potential hazards and follow security and privacy policies to protect informational assets.
  • Required to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Required to grasp, reach, and perform repetitive motions; may require twisting, bending, and climbing.
  • May lift up to 55 lbs. frequently.
  • Possess close vision and the ability to focus.
  • Perform other duties as required and participate in cross-training for other functions.
  • Work in an office environment with occasional exposure to dust, dirt, toner, ink, and other environmental factors.
  • Clean and restock kitchens with snacks and beverages daily.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in legal environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Abode Acrobat, PowerPoint
  • Computer Literacy
  • Capability to stand, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, sit, talk, or hear as required by job duties.
  • Close vision and ability to focus are necessary for performing tasks accurately.
  • Requires limited supervision and is self-motivated
  • Ability to engage in repetitive motion activities like twisting, bending, and climbing.
