Customer Store Associates are frontline employees in retail environments who assist customers with their shopping needs. Their responsibilities typically include greeting customers, answering questions about products, stocking shelves, operating cash registers, and ensuring the store is clean and organized. They play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience and may also help with inventory management and handling returns or exchanges.
