A Shuttle Driver picks-up and delivers customers for the dealership. Report to work within acceptable time frames and company standards. Maintain appropriate degree of professionalism towards customers and coworkers.

Requirements

Specific Job-Related Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operate all vehicles in a safe manner and in compliance ย ย ย ย ย with all applicable company policy and procedures and traffic laws and ย ย ย ย ย regulations
  • Observe rules of the road and demonstrate courtesy and ย ย ย ย ย defensive driving techniques
  • Evaluate and coordinate logistics of shuttle runs ย ย ย ย ย efficiently to maximize time
  • Assist customers getting in and out of shuttle; ย ย ย ย ย maintain polite conversations with customers while they are using the ย ย ย ย ย courtesy shuttle
  • Update status of runs and provide other pertinent ย ย ย ย ย information
  • Notify Service Manager of any issues with shuttle, ย ย ย ย ย including when maintenance is due
  • Report any accidents or damage immediately
  • Maintain the cleanliness of shuttle by keeping a ย ย ย ย ย schedule for detailing

General Company Related Duties and Responsibilities
